Mother's Day brings sunny, warm forecast

The highs for Saturday through Tuesday are 64, 69, 76 and 80, respectively.

Saturday should be cool again, with highs checking in below normal in the 60s. It'll be nice outside, with highs in the mid-70s. There is a 20 percent chance of rain. Between 4 and 7 p.m. Saturday, showers and thunderstorms will move in from the northwest.

Boating conditions will be poor to hazardous today due to the period of unsettled weather with high rain chances.

Monday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Calm wind becoming southeast around 5 miles per hour. Cloudy, with a low around 50. East winds will gust as high as 25 miles per hour. Rainfall is estimated to be between a quarter and half an inch. Wednesday and Thursday seem to be the two days where we will see more widespread coverage of these storms, but they won't be a washout entirely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. It's the last mostly sunny day we'll see for awhile, with an increase in clouds from the west late in the day. Sunday will likely be even hotter with low and mid 90s likely.

TOMORROW - Cloudy with Showers Around. Partly sunny, with a high near 85. Low temperatures tonight will drop into the 50s to near 60. "Each day will feature a chance of late-day showers and thunderstorms". Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. Forecast models indicate the likelihood of thunderstorms for Friday.
