Harvey Weinstein Latest Accuser Describes Alleged Sexual Attack

The charges of sex trafficking have been filed by the legal council for actress Kadian Noble alleging that, "Harvey Weinstein was able to force or coerce Kadian into sexual activity in his hotel room because of his promise to her of a film role and use of his influence on her behalf, despite having no intention of following through on those promises".

In the latest case filed in a NY federal court, aspiring British actress Kadian Noble is accusing Weinstein of inviting her to a hotel room in France and sexually assaulting her.

Noble, who has a daughter, said that after she first met Weinstein she handed her showreel to his office in London but when she met Weinstein at Cannes' Le Majestic hotel he said they should watch it in his room because he had not seen it.

When she rebuffed him, he "forcibly" pulled her into the bathroom, where he pulled down her shirt, unbuckled his trousers and masturbated as he rubbed against her and then forced her hand on his penis, the lawsuit states.

Noble told CBS News that Weinstein forced her into a bathroom where he sexually assaulted her.

The federal lawsuit claims Weinstein engaged in sex trafficking by traveling from the U.S.to London and France where the alleged assault took place. He then allegedly told her his "people would be in touch".

Instead, according to Kadian, Weinstein grabbed her breasts.

Noble said she suffered severe trauma, injuries and permanent damage because of the brutal assault. The actress thought they were going to discuss a role for her.

Civil claims for rape and sexual assault are exceptional in Britain.

During the act, Weinstein allegedly told her, "everything will be taken care of for you if you relax".

Harvey Weinstein has been accused by dozens of women of sexual abuse, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, and Mira Sorvino. "So, it's a very creative use of the sex trafficking law".

"Upon information and belief, the code word among TWC employees "FOH", meant "Friend of Harvey", and referred to a young woman who had participated in sex in exchange for a role or position in an upcoming project", the complaint details.

The complaint then lays out its reasons for naming The Weinstein Company and Bob Weinstein as co-defendants.

With allegations by over 80 women being brought up against the disgraced media mogul Harvey Weinstein since The New York Times made a detailed exposé of sexual harassment and misconduct by Weinstein on 5 October, he has been under investigation by multiple agencies including NYPD, LAPD, the Beverley Hills Police, and the United Kingdom police for sexual assault in their respective jurisdiction. "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances", the spokesperson said.
