Syria deal in the works ahead of likely Trump-Putin meeting

This weekend Putin is expected to meet Donald Trump, who is now touring Asia, during a summit in Vietnam. This was declared by presidential assistant Yuri Ushakov to Russian agencies.
Russian Federation has repeatedly denied allegations of interfering in the USA election previous year that brought Trump to power. In all, six Russian skiers have been found guilty by an International Olympics Committee commission.

Sergey Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, confirmed yesterday that a meeting on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation summit in Danang, Vietnam was on the cards.
