Mirinda and her recipes

This recipe, although a little laborious, is simple, spreads a lot and gives for a few servings. It's a different way to eat the meatballs, in size XXL. With the quantities that I put, there are 2 boxes for 4 or 5 people, so if you want to make them smaller, divide the quantities to your liking. Ingredients: To make the meatloaf. 250 grs. of beef. 250 grs. of pork. 4 chicken sausages or butcher's turkey, fresh. 2 eggs. 3 garlic cloves. 1 piece of red and green pepper. 1/2 small onion. 3 tablespoons of oat bran. Salt, parsley, black pepper, turmeric, curry. Flour for lightly batting. Olive oil.

Ingredients for the sauce:
1 red onion
1 clove garlic. > 1 glass of red wine
1 glass of tomato sauce (the one you like)
1 glass of beef broth (or water and pastilla)
Olive oil.

Mix the meats with the pressed garlic cloves, finely chopped onion, finely chopped peppers and eggs. Vegetables can be chopped in a chopper. We add salt, pepper, spices and oat bran, we knead well to be mixed and we will leave it to rest in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes, so that it takes consistency.
