NHC says 60 percent chance of cyclone over northwestern Caribbean Sea

The government of the Bahamas has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for the northwestern Bahamas, including the Abacos, Andros Island, Berry Islands, Bimini, Eleuthera, Grand Bahama Island, and New Providence.
It has a 30 percent chance of strengthening into a tropical system in the next 48 hours.
After that, environmental conditions are "expected to be conducive for the system to become more organized" on Friday and Saturday as it moves north over the Caribbean Sea.
Invest 93L is a broad area of low pressure now producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms in Nicaragua and Honduras.
