Kevin Hart Calls on Fellow Stars to Help With Harvey Relief

Comedian Kevin Hart took to Instagram on Sunday night to issue a challenge to some of his celebrity friends.

"I'm going to lead the charge and step up in this way". 'I've just been caught up to speed with everything that's going on in Houston with Hurricane Harvey and this shit is unbelievable.
