A court commissioner on Monday issued a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian in response to the reality television star's posting of explicit images of his ex-fiancee on social media last week.
As for what will happen when it comes to the custody of the couple's 8-month-old daughter, Dream, Chyna said that she doesn't have any intention of taking her daughter away from Kardashian.
Blac Chyna took the initiative to report the case in the L.A. Court on the account of humiliating her, distributing unlawful pornographic content and domestic violence. Not only this Rob also claimed that she had also sent him a video of her cheating with another man.
She thinks no woman deserves to be "violated like this" - not even Blac Chyna who she obviously dislikes.
Bloom also spoke to Entertainment Tonight following Monday's court hearing, noting, "Chyna is not concerned about Dream being around Rob". Of course, this missive comes after Ferrari nearly got himself in trouble by posting pics of himself in bed with Chyna amid the reality TV starlet's feud with KUWTK celeb.More news: Fed Minutes: Balance Sheet Reduction Likely In "Couple Of Months"
"Chyna is aware that Rob is the father of her baby. The moral of the story is like, he doesn't respect me and if you can't respect me, you have to respect the law", Chyna said when asked she chose to take legal action. She claimed that it was all because she wanted him to leave her alone. "This was a person that I trusted", she said, adding that she was betrayed.
It is now reported that Blac Chyna claimed that Rob Kardashian threatened to commit suicide "multiple" times since the pair ended their relationship previous year.
Sources say that Corey Gamble, Kris Jenner's ex-boyfriend, reportedly intervened and pulled Chyna off of Rob.
In court documents, Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, said that she had trouble walking after Kardashian hit her thigh during an argument on April 17. He doesn't respect me.
