Samsung to debut new Powerbot VR7000 robot vacuum at CES 2017

According to PC Mag, Amazon Echo integration is one of the coolest features of the POWERbot VR7000.

The new design is aimed squarely at consumers who demand better automated cleaning.

Samsung Electronics Co. unveiled its new model robot vacuum cleaner POWERbot VR7000 which you can control using voice commands. The demo will take place at the Samsung booth on Level 1 of the Las Vegas Convention and World Trade Center.

The Consumers Electronics Show 2017 has actually become a hub for all the electric companies to showcase their genius ideas and to come forward with innovative technology too. This is achieved by placing the unit's wide 11 inch (288mm) brush - the widest among leading brands - close to the front, so when the unit reaches the wall it can easily gather dust and hair.

As for software, the device is decked out with many artificially intelligent features including 'Visionary Mapping Plus and Fullview Sensor 2.0′ which maps room layouts and remembers specific contours, learning to immediately direct itself to particularly dirty areas. Samsung stated, "Just set it and watch it go to work". The POWERbot VR700 Robot Vacuum will ensure that the cleaning needs of customers are met in the easiest possible way.

Moreover, the new POWERbot VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner also comes with Amazon Echo support, so as to enable the users of the device to conveniently operate it with voice controls.

Users can control and view numerous devices' actions, such as starting and stopping, scheduling and checking cleaning history, through an app, as well as the Amazon Echo. It's safe to assume that Samsung will show off the POWERbot VR7000 at CES 2017, which begin on Tuesday, Jan 3, 2017.
